After payments are made, please email these to us:( email title to be ‘payment’)
1. Bank Account number
2. Transaction Reference number
3. Amount transferred (including postage charges)
Do allow 24hours for a confirmation slip to be sent to you before transferring the money! (incase items are out of stock)
1. Normal mail: $1 per item
2. Registered mail: $1 + $2.30
3. Mass Meet ups: $0.50 ( for packaging )
-> do note mass meet ups will only be once per collection and it will be @ our convenience.
Do read!
1. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage mails. Therefore, registered mails are advised!
2. All payments are to be made within 24hours from receiving our confirmation slip!
3. There will be no refunds/exchanges made once confirmed.
4. Joanclare will not be accepting any interbank transfers.
5. Joanclare reserves the rights to make any amendments to the T&Cs without prior notice.
6. Please ensure that amounts transferred are correct and to the right account.
